You’ve guessed from the picture, caffeine is a creativity booster. I find it very useful when I have to write and article or music. But it is not the only one, I find that one of the best creativity boosters is running early in the morning, and breathing the air, if possible on the seaside and if not in the park or along a river. Sweets are creativity boosters and so are drugs and alcohol, but I have so many natural ways to boost it, I really don’t ever need them. What are your creativity boosters?
