OMG jared! I am so so sorry for a very very very late reply.. we were not affected by the earthquake so much since we are quite a distance from the location that was mentioned by Debby dear. Thank God. I hope they were OK too in the affected places. How are you both Jared @nuclearoreilly and Debby @debby?

You are feeling better? Are you not well before this that i do not know? I’m glad you are enjoying summer there. We are having partly sunny with showers of rain lately. I love the scenery after rain. they look fresh esp the greeneries.

Yeah I was a bit out of commission over the winter months and into early spring. I was tired all the time.
Found out my blood is hypoglycemic. It’s really minor and easy, I just had to make some diet shifts

Found out my blood is hypoglycemic. It’s really minor and easy, I just had to make some diet shifts -
